Welcome to KPM Catalog (“Website”), the official store operated by Kingdom Preneurs Mission (“Ministry”). Purchases made through this Website support our mission to spread the Gospel, empower disciples, and feed the hungry.

By using this Website, you agree to the following terms and conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Website.

1. General

• KPM Catalog offers exclusive faith-based merchandise, including digital products, physical merchandise, and services.

• This Website is owned and operated by Kingdom Preneurs Mission ("KPM"). All references to "we," "us," or "our" refer to KPM Catalog.

• We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page, and continued use of the Website constitutes acceptance of those changes.

2. Use of Website

• By using the Website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have the consent of a legal guardian.

• You agree not to use the Website for unlawful purposes or in a way that infringes upon the rights of others.

• Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use of any content, including designs, is prohibited.

3. Product Ownership and Design Rights

• All digital and physical designs are owned by KPM Catalog unless otherwise stated.

• Exclusive Designs:

Exclusive designs are sold only once. Buyers of exclusive designs receive full, exclusive rights to use, resell, or reproduce the design for commercial purposes as outlined in the licensing agreement. Once sold, exclusive designs will no longer be available for purchase.

• Non-Exclusive Designs:

Non-exclusive designs may be purchased by multiple buyers. Buyers receive non-exclusive rights to use, resell, or reproduce the design for commercial purposes, as outlined in the licensing agreement.

• Unauthorized reproduction or resale of designs outside the agreed terms is prohibited.

4. Third-Party Fulfillment

• Physical merchandise, including t-shirts and other items, is fulfilled and shipped by Teepublic and Dashery. These third-party providers are responsible for:

• Manufacturing and inventory management.
• Shipping and delivery.
• Handling returns or exchanges for defective or incorrect items.

• Customers are encouraged to review Teepublic’s policies at Teepublic Policies and Dashery’s policies at Dashery Policies. KPM Catalog is not responsible for fulfillment issues handled by these providers.

5. Payments and Pricing

• All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without prior notice.

• Payments for digital products are securely processed through third-party providers. KPM Catalog does not store payment information.

• Payment processing for physical merchandise is handled by Teepublic and Dashery. Refer to their policies for additional details.

Pricing for Digital Products:

• Exclusive Designs: $50–$100 per design.

• Non-Exclusive Designs: $15–$30 per design.

Bundles:

• Bundle of 5 Non-Exclusive Designs: $65–$75.

• Bundle of 10 Non-Exclusive Designs: $120–$150.

6. Refunds and Returns

Refunds and exchanges for physical merchandise are subject to TeePublic’s and Dashery’s policies. Please refer to their terms for more information.

Digital products, including PNG designs and templates, are non-refundable once purchased and downloaded due to their exclusive nature.
