Q: What file format do I receive?
A: All designs are delivered as high-resolution PNG files (300 DPI) with transparent backgrounds for seamless printing on t-shirts, mugs, hoodies, and more.
Q: Do I need special software to use the designs?
A: No! PNG files can be used with Canva, Photoshop, Affinity Designer, and other editing tools. You can also upload them directly to print-on-demand platforms like TeePublic, Dashery, Printful, and Printify or send them to a local print shop.
Exclusive vs. Non-Exclusive Designs
Q: What is the difference between exclusive and non-exclusive designs?
A: Exclusive designs are sold only once—once you purchase it, no one else can own it.
Non-exclusive designs are available to multiple buyers, meaning others may also use the same design for their products.
Q: Can I resell the design as a digital file?
A: Exclusive designs: Yes, you can resell or redistribute the PNG in its original format, as permitted in the license agreement.
Non-exclusive designs: No, reselling or sharing the digital file is not allowed. You may only print and sell merchandise using the design.
Usage & Printing
Q: How can I use my PNG design?
A: You can use your PNG design for:
✅ Printing on t-shirts, hoodies, mugs, tote bags, and other products.
✅ Branding for your Christian business, ministry, or personal use.
✅ Marketing materials, social media graphics, and website branding.
✅ Editing inside Canva or any image editor to customize text, colors, or add elements.
Q: Are the designs guaranteed to be perfect?
A: While all designs are high-quality (300 DPI), minor imperfections (such as faint white edges) may be present. These should not affect print quality but may require small adjustments depending on the printing method used.
Ordering & Payment
Q: How do I receive my files after purchase?
A: Once you complete your purchase:
✅ Your files will appear instantly on-screen for download.
✅ A download link will be automatically sent to your email—please ensure you enter your email correctly at checkout.
✅ If you don’t see the email, check your spam/junk folder.
Q: Do you offer refunds?
A: No, due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final and non-refundable. Please review the details before purchasing.
